The art of changing business card
Ohayou gozaimasu..
Here in Japan, you have to know how to exchange your business card and how to receive the given business card. Not just simply hand over and pick the card from the person giving you the card. Ahh..I need to master this now. Tadi main hentam jek..dan follow je my department members punya perlakuan. I have read about this procedure before but never practice it.
Tadi, ada dua org dari syarikat vendor yg company selalu berinteraksi sama-sama datang memperkenalkan diri sebab dia baru start bekerja dgn company tu. He is the new employee kat syarikat vendor tu but he came to our office to introduce himself to us. This introduction process pun kena lagi improvekan. Adehhh...macam2 procedure ada dan nak kena pelajari.
Masa introduction tu dia akan cakap macam2, bg tau nama dia dan biasalah cakap sila beri tunjuk ajar sekian-sekian. I do not understand all. Hehehe...bahasa business ni susah nak faham. Belum sampai situ lagi belajarnye.
How to exchange the business card?
From what I have read before, you need to pegang your card with your name facing the receiver so that the person can read your name without needing to pusing it first. Must pegang the card with both of your hand with ibu jari kat atas kad dan menunjuk ke arah penerima. The cards will be shown at the same time by both parties. Haha..masa ni sedikit susah tak tau nak amik mcm mana. Rupenye kena pegang kad sendiri kat tgn kiri dan terima kad org tu dgn tgn kanan. Then, after you have received the card, sila baca ye nama dia. Haha...if not it is kind a rude le. Oleh kerana tak fhm tulisan Kanji lagi, so saya pura2 je lah membacanye. Masa bertukar2 tu ada benda nak kena cakap tp saya senyap je dan senyum2 dan bow saje. Huhuhu...gabra le. Tadi tgk semua org ada pouch khas utk simpan business card masing2. Saya takde...adusss
